Bimbel online lebih efektif daripada bimbel offline???

Hai, perkenalkan nama saya Arief Johansyah. Mungkin sekian dulu ya teman teman cerita pengalaman saya, terima kasih......
Assalamualaikum ☺️Ruang guru

Story of Ants and Flies

Story of Ants and Flies

Several flies appeared to fly partying over a dustbin in front of a house. At one time, the owner's son came out and did not close the door. Then a fly appeared rushing into the house. The fly goes straight to a dinner table filled with delicious food.
"I'm tired of the garbage, it's time to enjoy fresh food," he said. Once satisfied, the fly rushed to get out and flew to the door as he entered, but the glass door was closed. The fly flickered for a moment on the glass of the door staring at his friends who waved his arms as if asking him to rejoin them.
The fly flies around the glass, occasionally jumps and crashing into the glass, relentlessly giving the fly out of the glass door. The flies creep around the glass from top to bottom and from left to right back and forth, so on and over and over again. Day was getting late, the fly looked tired and starving. The next morning, the fly seemed to limp limply lying on the floor.

Not far from the place, a red ants strolled out of the nest to find food. And when they encountered the helpless flies, they rushed around and rolled the flies to death. The herd of ants also rolled the dead carcass of the fly to their nest.
On the way, a small ant asks an older colleague, "What's wrong with this fly, sir? Why is he dying? "" Oh .., that often happens, there are flies that die in vain like this. Actually they have tried, he really has struggled trying to get out of the glass door. But when he did not find a way out, he was frustrated and exhausted until he finally fell dying and became our dinner menu. "
The little ant seemed nodded, but still curious and asked again, "I still do not understand, does not the fly try hard? Why did not it work? "
Still walking and carrying a dead fly, the old ant replied, "The fly is a relentless man and has tried repeatedly, only he does it in the same way." The old ant ordered his comrades to pause as he "But remember this young man, if you do things the same way but expect different results, then your fate will be like this fly."

Hard work

Hard work

When I was 15 years old, I had a lingerie that brought good luck.
If the underwear is not working, I have a haircut that brings good luck.
Then, the race number that brings good luck, even the race day that brings good luck.
After 15 years, I realized that the secret to success is very simple, HARD WORK.

Sailors and Professors

Sailors and Professor

There is a story about an old sailor and a professor. This is the case when people still travel from one country to another using ships, before the era of cheap flights like today. The professor is leaving Sidney to San Francisco to give a guest lecture.
On the first night aboard, after departing from Sydney, the Professor just got a wonderful dinner in the banquet hall, then he went to the deck to breathe the fresh air of the sea. As he walked on the deck, he saw an elder sailor leaning against the edge of the ship, staring into the ocean below.
He decided to converse with this sailor, for though it seemed that his job as a sailor was simple, but this man must have sailed the ocean for a very long time. Surely he has learned something useful. Professor always wants to increase the abundance of knowledge that he thinks as the meaning of his life. He approached the sailor and said, "Old man, how long have you been fishing?"

The sailor replied, "Ever since he was a boy, about the age of thirteen," Incredible! "Said the professor," you must know that in this ocean we see there are so many lives. As a sailor who has eaten a lot of salt, you must be an expert in marine biology, about all the animals that depend on the ocean below us, along with all the currents and coral reefs. Let's talk about oceanology, oceanography. "
Sailors are confused, "Haa? Emang laut there is science?
What?! "Exclaimed the professor," for years in the sea you have never read a book or studied the contents of the ocean beneath you? "
"You know," said the sailor. "You've wasted your time!" The professor said as he stepped away in disgust at this elderly man who had spent his life in the ocean without ever learning about it.
Tomorrow night, the professor got a very good dinner again so his heart was very good. So when he walked on the deck a second time, again the old sailor was on guard there. This time the sailor was staring at the star.
It also happens that this is one of the professor's hobbies: astronomy. He thought, "Ah, never mind. This poor old man may not know much about oceanology, but he certainly knows about astronomy: in the days before there was a GPS, that's how we navigate the oceans without getting lost-with star guides. So he approached the old sailor, "I apologize about last night. You probably do not know much about oceanology, but I bet you know about astronomy, which happens to be my hobby, too. Take a look at the Big Bear Star constellation there!
The sailor gasped, "Big Bear what?" That! The star is ... in the northern sky there! "The professor said," you must know astronomy, that guides the direction of our ship! "Sailors are puzzled," I do not know what you are talking about. The captain knows about this, not me. "What? ! shrill Professor, "Years in the sea, see the sky above, you never care about learning astronomy? You are wasting your life! "The professor stepped disgustedly.
On the third night, the chef made a fabulous dinner, which made the professor's mood so comfortable. When he went to the deck, the evening was so beautiful, the air of the sea was so sweet, fragrant, fresh, that the professor thought, "Yes, never mind, I'll give him another chance." Apparently he was a professor in meteorology.
He realized that seafarers might not know about marine science or astronomy, but they must know about the weather. Because the weather includes the pattern and wind power that drives the ship, and about the storm that can sink the ship, so the weather must be absolutely understood this old sailor.
He came up to her and said, "I'm sorry. Really I'm sorry. My temper is bad this last night. I have misjudged you. You may not know about oceanology or astronomy, but I'm sure you know about meteorology, about the wind, the weather that can destroy or push this ship to its destination. "
"What meteor ?! Sailor said "Wind and storm .." suspicious professor. "I do not know anything. I am just an ordinary sailor. "Said the sailor with his lugunya. Murkalah professor, "Apaaaa ?! Foolish! Stupid! Begoo! Years in the sea! How worth it! You wasted your whole life! The professor leaves and vows never to speak to that fool again.
The fourth night at sea, he did not attend the banquet hall for dinner because that night the ocean was raging. Professor of seasickness, put anything in his stomach would just come out again, so he just rest in his cabin.
The night was getting late, the storm was getting worse. He could feel the ship getting swayed. He could feel the ocean waves slapping the ship from the cabin window. It was a very bad night. When the storm reaches its peak at midnight. He heard a crash, a big bang! He was afraid. After the loud noise, there was only a moment of silence, followed by the sound of people running and noise outside his cabin door. Panicked, he opened the door and guess who was running out there?
The old seaman. The old seaman paused for a moment, turned to the professor and said, "Professor, for many years you live, have you ever learned to swim?" "Emm ... no ..." softly the professor. "Void your life! This ship will sink! "Sailed the sailor.
The morals of this story ... owd old professor, may study astronomy, oceanology, or meteorology, but the most important thing for a sailor to know is how to swim.
Similarly, the most important thing to know in life is not knowing about electronics, cars, technology but how to keep the head above the surface of the water in the currents and waves of life's uncertainty, but have you learned to swim if your ship is drowning? When you lose all your possessions, falling stock markets, abandoned spouses, dear people die? If not, then the disappointment and sorrow will drown you.
So what is meant by swimming?
Knowing how to care, be compassionate, know what's really important in life. At that time, you will never drown.
It will still happen things that we do not want. There will still be people you care about dead, separation, loss, but you have the incredible compassion to let go, a great care for the environment, not angry but have great affection for the past, against the good times together, to be able thank you very much.

Mother's Love

Mother's Love

When you were 15 years old, he came home from work wanting to hug you.
In return, you lock your door.
When you were 16 years old, he taught you to drive his car. In return, you use the car every chance thereof regardless of its importance.
When you were 17, she was waiting for an important call. In return, you use nonstop phones all night.
When you were 18 years old, she wept when you graduated from high school.
In return, you're partying with friends until morning.
When you were 19 years old, she paid for your tuition and drove you to campus on the first day. In return, you ask to be lowered away from the gate so you will not be embarrassed in front of your friends.
When you were 20 years old, she asked, "Where have you been all day?"
In return, you answer, "Ah, I'm so fussy, curious about people's business!"
When you were 21 years old, he suggested a good job for your career in the future. In return, you say, "I do not want to be like you."
When you were twenty-two, he hugged you with great excitement when you graduated from college. In return, you ask him when you can go to Bali.
When you were 23 years old, he bought you a set of furniture for your new house. In return, you tell your friends how ugly the furniture is.
When you were 24 years old, she met your fiancĂ© and asked about her plans in the future. In return, you complain, "How is this Mother, how to ask like that?"
When you were twenty-five years old, she helped me finance your marriage. In return, you move to another city over 500 km away.
When you were 30 years old, she gave some advice on how to take care of your baby. In return, you tell him, "Mom, now his time is different!"
When you were 40, she called to tell a relative's birthday party. In return, you answer, "Mom, I'm so busy, there's no time."
When you're 50 years old, she's sickly and needs your care. In return, you read about the negative influences of parents living in their children's homes.
And until one day, he died peacefully. And suddenly you remember everything you've never done, because they came to hit your HEART like a sledgehammer.

Confidence

Confidence

Many clever people suggest that we have a strong confidence.
The question is which self we should trust? What are our five senses? Though the senses of the senses are often no more dull than the broken end of the pen.
What is our physical body? Though in line with the speed of age, body strength expands like a candle exposed to heat.
Or our thoughts? Though the superiority of the mind is not wider than a drop of water in the ocean of science.
Or maybe our feelings? Though the sharpness of feeling is often unable to answer the problem of logic. Which self should we trust?
We should not divide ourselves into such pieces.
The self is the self that unites all the fragments of our self-created self.
Unity that is called integrity.
And only a deep inner power is capable of embracing us.
The self is what we should believe, because he is able to grasp the physical strength, superiority of mind and subtlety of our mind.

Never Underestimate Others

Never Underestimate Others

One day, a child entered a very famous and expensive restaurant. She enters alone and wears just plain clothes, unlike other kids who wear good clothes. The boy sat down in one of the chairs and raised his hand to call one of the servants.
A waitress approached the little boy and gave a food menu. The waiter was somewhat astonished that the little boy dared to enter the expensive restaurant, but from his appearance, the waitress was not convinced that the little boy could afford the food.
"What's the price of ice cream with strawberry and chocolate sauce?" Asked the little boy.
The servant replied, "Fifty thousand,"
The little boy put his hand in his pants pocket and took some change and counted it. Then he asked again, "If ice cream is not given strawberry sauce and chocolate?"
The waiter frowned, "Twenty thousand,"
Once again the little boy took a dime from his trouser pocket and counted. "If I order half the ice cream without the strawberry and chocolate sauce?"
Upset by the behavior of the little buyer, the waiter replied curtly, "Ten thousand!"
The boy then smiled, "Well let me just say that, thank you!"
The waiter took the order and handed it to the kitchen and returned with an ice cream order. The boy looked happy and enjoyed a half-joyful ice cream. He devoured the ice cream until it was gone. Then the waiter came back to give me a note of payment.
"All ten thousand is not?" Asked the boy and then paid ice cream order with a pile of coins. The waiter's face looked sour for having to recalculate the change. Then the boy pulled out a fifty thousand bill from his back pocket pocket, "and this is a tip for you!" The boy said as he handed the money to the waiter.
